NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo has expressed grief over the passing of Kwabena Boadu, personal
aide to his running mate Dr Mahamudu Bawumia

Kwabena Boadu was the press secretary of the NPP vice Presidential candidate, and died in Wa Thursday. He was reportedly died early Thursday morning in his hotel room in Wa, where he campaigned
the previous day along with his boss. Multiple
sources claim he was electrocuted.
In a post on social media, Nana
Addo has reacted to the passing of Boadu. He extends condolences to the family
of the young aide.

Yesterday, whilst in Wa, I learnt of the passing of Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s Press Secretary, Kwabena Boadu. It was a sad day for us all, because he was an intelligent young man, with a bright future. My deepest condolences to his family. The NPP has lost a gem. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
