Senegalese football club US Ouakam has been banned for seven years

The Senegalese Professional Football League (LSFP) handed a seven-year ban to US Ouakam following the crowd trouble which left eight people died during the League Cup final against Stade de Mbour last month.
The LSFP’s disciplinary committee said it holds US Ouakam “exclusively responsible” for the tragedy at the Stade Demba Diop on 15 July

Coach Tite wants Neymar to maintain captain for Brazil national team

Brazil coach Tite said on Monday that he will try to convince Neymar to reverse his decision to quit as national team captain.
Neymar, 24, stood down as the Selecao's leader on Saturday after Brazil defeated Germany on penalties to win their first Olympic Games football gold medal in Rio.
"I said to Neymar that he should celebrate for now and worry about (the captaincy) later," Tite told a press conference here on Monday.

Inter Milan have sacked head coach Roberto Mancini, the Serie A club has confirmed.
Mancini became Inter head coach in November 2014, taking the club to fourth place in Italy’s top flight last season.
Mancini’s relationship with new Inter owners Suning Holdings broke down over the summer, with his successor expected to be former Holland defender Frank De Boer, who left his role as Ajax head coach in May.
The 46-year-old was linked with Premier League clubs Everton and Southampton before those vacancies were filled by Ronald Koeman and Claude Puel respectively.
