Zendaya's parents set to divorce after eight years of marriage

After eight years of marriage, the parents of multi-talented star Zendaya Coleman are set to divorce.
According to TMZ, the 19-year-old's mother Claire Stoermer filed for divorce from Kazembe Ajamu Coleman last week, citing irreconcilable differences.
The estranged couple, who exchanged vows in 2008, only have one child together, and as she's an adult there won't be any child support issues between them.

TMZ reports that Claire has stated in her filed documents that she is not seeking spousal support from Kazembe - who is Zendaya's manager - and doesn't wish for the court to award him any from her.
The divorce filing comes exactly a year after Zendaya shut down cyber bullies for targgeting her parents.
A Twitter troll uploaded a picture of her mother and father, branding them 'ugly' in a cruel post that garnered much attention online.
The pair's divorce appears to be largely amicable, with there being no indications of potential battles over assets
Zandaya swiftly responded by posting a note to Twitter after a slew of internet trolls escalated the derogatory comments.
'First I'm gonna pray for you,' the teen star began. 'While you're so concerned about what my parents look like, please know that these are two of the most selfless people in the world.'
'They have chosen to spend their entire life, not worried about trivial things such as looks and insulting people's parents on Twitter, but instead became educators who have dedicated their lives to teaching, cultivating and filling young shallow minds. (One of the most important yet underpaid jobs we have).'

Zendaya also had some words of advice for the internet trolls: 'Please, log out, go to school, hug a teacher and read a textbook…and while you're at it, go look in the mirror and know that you too are beautiful, because such hateful things only stem from internal struggles. Bless you.'
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Zendaya will star as Mary Jane Watson in the upcoming movie Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Multiple sources confirmed to The Wrap that the 19-year-old will play the love interest of the superhero, to be portrayed by Tom Holland.
