Brew Riverson Jnr was like John Dumelo in the 80’s through to the 90’s in Ghana.

Why did Brew Riverson Jnr. quit acting? 

Brew just thought he has done enough and needed to leave the movie industry for the young ones.

He thinks, Majid Michel, Nadia Buari and the new talents are doing too well. He also commended Shirley Frimpong-Manso for doing an excellent job in the art of making movies.

“When I see Majid I tell myself I don’t have that kind of talent. He is like the distant son.  It touches my heart when I see good acting.” he added.

 Brew is currently a lecturer teaching at the Theatre Arts department of the University of Education, Winneba, picture below is of him and his students.

 

According to Brew Riverson Jnr, he thinks Kumawood is awesome

 Brew being a veteran actor said his favorite actors in the Kumawood circle are Nana Ama McBrown, Akrobeto, Emelia Brobbey and more.
